All orders are shipped in unmarked plain packaging. No return address visible on the outside. No invoice or branding inside. Nothing on the parcel suggests what is inside or who it is from.

If you live with people, share a delivery address, or just value privacy, you can buy with full confidence that nobody will know what has arrived.

How long things take.

• Worn clothing & gym kit — Standard 24 hour wear time. Add extra wear days at checkout for £5 per day.
• Video clips & digital items — Delivered within 24 to 48 hours of payment via private download link.
• Custom video & pictures — Created and delivered within 24 to 48 hours of payment.
• Live sessions — Scheduled and confirmed by message after payment.
• UK Royal Mail tracked — Typically 24 to 48 hours from dispatch.
• UK InPost locker — Typically 3 to 4 days from dispatch.
• Worldwide tracked — Around 5 to 7 days, depending on destination and customs.

Want them lived in longer?

For all worn clothing you can add extra wear days at checkout for £5 per day. Pick anything from one extra day up to thirty. Each day adds time, sweat, and scent to the piece you are buying.

If you want something beyond thirty days, get in touch and we will arrange it.

You will know where it is.

Once your order is dispatched, I will send you a tracking number via your preferred contact method. You can follow it all the way to your door, locker, or letterbox.

All sales are final.

Due to the intimate and personal nature of what is sold here, I cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been dispatched.

If something has gone wrong with your order — wrong item, lost in post, damaged in transit — please contact me straight away and I will make it right. But change of heart, mistaken purchase, or buyer's regret are not grounds for refund.
